Flavia’s Place B&B is an Italian Bracket style house that was built in 1880. The house has survived many changes and a major fire. It has been completely renovated since 1996 when I purchased the house at auction. The two upstairs apartments became four large bedrooms, one with its own bath while the other three share a bath. Each of the bedrooms is decorated according to a season of the year.
